The Curriculum

The school’s aim is to encourage our children to think for themselves and to guide them to act together in the best interests of us all. Our curriculum - the lessons we plan and deliver to pupils each day in their classrooms and the opportunities and experiences we provide - is the means by which we seek to deliver our aim. To achieve this, we provide a curriculum that requires them to think, reason, solve problems and be creative while doing so. We want children to learn together, to ask questions and successfully communicate their learning and their ideas. An aspect of this is ensuring that pupils become skilled in English and mathematics.
