Roger Ascham's 3B enjoyed an educational field trip to Walthamstow Wetlands as part of our Science topic on rocks and soils. The visit started with a practical workshop, allowing students to investigate the characteristics of various soils and rocks firsthand. We then toured the Wetlands, giving the children a valuable opportunity to observe and reinforce their learning in a real-world setting. A fantastic bonus was spotting some herons during our exploration!
