Roger Ascham Primary shines for Children in Need!

Dancing, donating and 25 acts of kindness!

Last Friday, 14th November, Roger Ascham Primary School was buzzing with excitement and generosity as we celebrated Children in Need!

The fundraising spirit was high with creative activities across the school. Outside, pupils worked together on the fun 'Fill Pudsey with Coins' challenge.

Our amazing nursery children also contributed by making special Pudsey Bear toasties. The air was filled with energy as every class planned and meticulously recorded their 25 acts of kindness, showcasing our school's caring spirit.

The undisputed favourite activity of the day was dancing! Our halls and classrooms transformed into mini dance floors as everyone boogied down for the charity.

Year 1 children mastered the dance floor, showcasing their unstoppable energy and fun moves!

Year 2 pupils brought the rhythm, turning the hall into a fantastic, foot-tapping fiesta!

The Year 3 dancers shone brightly, delivering performances with enthusiasm and flair!

Year 4 students nailed the choreography, proving they have serious dance skills and determination!

Year 5 embraced the challenge, demonstrating fantastic team spirit and sensational grooves!

Our Year 6 leaders set the pace, finishing their primary years with a celebration of epic dance moves and memorable moments!

We are incredibly proud of all our pupils for their enthusiasm and commitment. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and donated—you helped make this Children in Need celebration a huge success!
