Rehearsal for the Intergenerational Choir Performance with Local Care Home Residents

On Friday 13th December, our choir will be performing as part of an intergenerational choir at 17&Central. We had the chance to rehearse last week with our resident band of parents and some local care home residents.

At Roger Ascham Primary School, singing plays an important role in bringing our school community together. From our youngest children to our oldest, we use song to unite us, to learn how to practise and communicate, to discover and share stories and, of course, to have fun together. Therefore, to have the opportunity to share these experiences and enjoyment with members of our wider community through the Together Project is truly a privilege in which our children can experience the positive impact they can have on those around them.

You are welcome to come and join us at 10.45 on Friday 13th December in the shopping mall for the performance. If you know even some of the words, sing along!
