A fantastic team of Year 3 and 4 runners faced an epic challenge at the Cross Country Race held at Chingford Plains on Saturday, November 15th. The conditions were truly testing, with the field being so incredibly muddy that our athletes were wisely advised to tape their shoes to their feet!

A huge round of applause goes to the five children who represented the school: Jayan, Josh, Alfie (Year 3/4 Boys), and Aurelia and Sofia (Year 3/4 Girls). Despite the slick terrain and the need for some emergency footwear adjustments, they all demonstrated outstanding resilience and spirit. They ran with incredible perseverance and determination, representing the school brilliantly in a very memorable race.
