London Marathon

After 10 weeks of trying my best to follow the marathon's training plan, I have been told it is delayed until October. I am very competitive, so I am now going to continue training so I can complete it in a quicker time. At the beginning of January I was saying I wouldn't be able complete it in 6 hours, at the beginning of February, I changed my mindset and aimed to finish in 5 hours 30 minutes and at the beginning of March I started thinking I could push myself to finish it in 5 hours. My new aim will be between 4-4.5 hours, but I will keep you updated nearer the time.

 

Ms Ashraff completed her latest half marathon in less than 2 hours... I wonder if I can beat that in August.
